every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients. we never use gas to smoke our BBQ! we only slow smoke  with mesquite for up to 14 hours, so you wont see any ovens here! We serve only the choicest meats, and our frest deli sandwiches our made to order, all of our sides are homemade, and our service is the best your gonna get! at least here.

our general store also offers a wide variety of convienences, cold drinks, ice cream, camping neccesities and other fine products. as well as local made arts and crafts, jewelry, original art, handmade knives and arrows local semiprecious stones and rocks, and much more.

we also have many games including pool, horseshoes, cowboy golf, obstacle course for the kids,and a paintball & airsoft course. "that somtimes sees a squirtgun or two" we  do parties and large groups as well as clubs and organizations.
